_ TOFU is an Intergenerational housing project serving older adult Immigrants [ 65+] and combining them with International students [ 18-26 ]
_ It is to provide community and sense of belonging as a platform for newcomer immigrants to establish local connections
_ The project aims to promote an Intergenerational + multi-generational living to combat social isolation and loneliness
